About The Position
The Briarwood Community is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join their team at The Knollwood Nursing Center. This role involves providing compassionate, quality-driven nursing care with manageable patient loads and the support of consistent CNAs and engaged leadership. The position offers a generous orientation and mentorship program, weekly pay, shift differentials, and exceptional benefits including tuition and student loan repayment. The work environment is on-site and includes access to a heated pool, sauna, and gym.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program
- Current Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Compliance with state CEU requirements
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
- IV therapy certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes
