About The Position
AdvisaCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to our clients in the Greater Grand Rapids and Surrounding area. We have expanded our other divisions too!! We have PD/HH and Hospice positions available. Shift work or visits! This role offers a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one care to a single patient, allowing for real conversations and connections, and a chance to 'nurse like a human again' without the pressures of traditional hospital settings like call lights, mad dashes, or juggling multiple patients.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Experience using medication administration records and treatment administration records
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in private duty home care nursing is a plus
- Availability for day or night shifts, weekend coverage, and visit-based scheduling is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide care to clients in the Greater Grand Rapids and Surrounding area.
- Perform home care visits and shift work.
- Administer medications and treatments.
