Mosaic in Omaha is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their healthcare team. Requirements
- An active RN/LPN license in Nebraska and a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
- At least one year of general nursing experience.
- A valid driver’s license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
- The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
- Comfortable being on the move—walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
- Be a Clinical Mentor: Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
- Advocate: Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
- Build Relationships: Truly get to know the people you support, celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges.
