About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one private-duty in-home care for pediatric clients in the Farmington Hills, Michigan area. The role focuses on providing individualized care that honors each patient’s preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs. The nurse must be available to travel to Milford, Michigan when the client is at their mother’s home and work 12-hour overnight shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Weekend availability is required. Part-time and PRN availability is noted.

Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, including THC screening, and a background check.
• Must be willing to travel to Milford, Michigan when the client is at their mother’s home.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Must be available on weekends.
