LPN – Private Duty | Auburn
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Auburn and surrounding communities. This role offers the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time, enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career. You will focus on one client throughout your shift, building a meaningful relationship with them and their family. BAYADA provides skilled, 1:1 nursing care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of clinical needs and acuity levels. We have clients with open hours throughout Auburn and surrounding communities, including Waterloo, Butler, and Garrett.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time.
- Focus attention on one client throughout the shift.
- Build a meaningful relationship with the client and their family.
- Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
- Perform electronic charting through Statewise.
