Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN
About The Position
We are seeking an LPN with strong IV and procedure skills, who can provide assessment, treatment, education and/or training for patients, families, and staff and exhibits strong clinical skills to improve patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to effectively interpret and communicate health care information to the patient, family and the interdisciplinary health care team. This position entails working in a very fast-paced/busy office. Our practice utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach along with the latest treatment and surgical techniques.
Requirements
- Possess a current LPN license.
- Strong IV and procedure skills.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to effectively interpret and communicate health care information to the patient, family and the interdisciplinary health care team.
- Demonstrate knowledge of established and evolving biomedical, clinical and social sciences, and the application of their knowledge to patient care and the education of others.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
