Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Russellville Outpatient - Days
About The Position
Arisa Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support their clinic in Russellville, AR. The LPN will provide direct care, including checking vital signs, administering medications and injections, and working with insurance to approve medications. Experience working with adults in a clinical setting is required, with a preference for at least one year of experience in a mental health facility. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest nonprofit behavioral health provider, offering a wide range of services across 41 counties. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Requirements
- Associate degree or advanced specialized training
- Arkansas LPN Licensed
- One year experience as an LPN
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Valid AR Driver's License and a good driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one year’s experience working in a mental health facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement physician orders.
- Administer medications, draw blood, or administer other tests or procedures as ordered.
- Complete appropriate records and documentation.
