About The Position
Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) – Home Care Service Areas: Westchester & Northern Westchester County Setting: In-Home Adult Care Grow Your Nursing Career with Affirmed Home Care At Affirmed Home Care, we are redefining excellence in home health by uniting clinical expertise with genuine compassion. We’re seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are committed to providing high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. We currently have short to 12-hour day and overnight shifts, as well as nursing visit opportunities, available throughout Westchester County. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting
- Active NYS LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam (within 1 year)
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
