About The Position

StoryPoint Brownsboro is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Weekends Only PT and PRN position. This role offers a fun working environment and requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state, with assisted living/memory care experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience is required, along with punctuality, professionalism, and a passion for working with the elderly. The position involves leading, managing, and training a team of caregivers, evaluating residents, reporting changes in condition to physicians, utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR), communicating effectively with the team, residents, and families, and building strong relationships.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

Nice To Haves

• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
