About The Position

Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Requirements

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current driver’s license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family; Performs under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurse Case Manager.
