About The Position
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring LPNs/LVNs to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the benefit of one-on-one patient relationships and the satisfaction of enhancing clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position allows for flexible scheduling, accommodating activities like school, travel, volunteering, or spending time with family and friends. The team enjoys creating their own schedules and engaging in rewarding one-on-one patient care within the comfort of clients' homes.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
- Current, unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current TB test.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
