About The Position

Lasata Senior Living Campus, owned and operated by Ozaukee County, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Our campus includes a 106-bed Care Center providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to older adults in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care to residents in accordance with accepted nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures. The LPN administers medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and supports the delivery of safe, compassionate, resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Wisconsin
• Current CPR
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the healthcare team

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
