Requirements
- Active LPN license in Indiana

- Experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer�s care a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a memory care and long-term care setting
- Monitor residents� health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team
- Support residents� physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations
