Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1- 2 years of experience required in assisted living or skilled nursing
- IL Nursing License
- Three consecutive days of training are required, along with completion of Educare training, before working any scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident responses
- Perform routine assessments and document changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and clinical standards
