About The Position
St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community located in Hazel Green, WI, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role involves providing prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. The community offers long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults in a peaceful and supportive environment. Available opportunities include Part-Time Evening Shift, Full-Time Overnight Shift, and PRN with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
