About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring home care nurses to provide one-on-one care to children and adults in their homes in Lenzburg, Illinois. The listed schedule is Mondays and Fridays, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately. No pediatric or home care experience is required, but prior G-tube and tracheostomy care experience is required. The company describes its care as reliable, high-quality, and compassionate, and offers flexible schedules and weekly pay.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior experience with G-tube and tracheostomy care.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
