About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate LPN for a day-shift position providing 1:1 care to pediatric clients. The position involves traveling to one client's home near you on a chosen schedule, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations and interventions. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• A minimum of five months of LPN experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care to pediatric clients.
• Traveling to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
• Performing assessments and monitoring clients' conditions.
• Documenting observations, interventions, and evaluation.
