DAYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate LPN for a day-shift position providing 1:1 care to pediatric clients. This role offers a consistent schedule that matches family life while making a meaningful impact. The position involves traveling to one client's home near you on a schedule you choose, following up on doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA provides comprehensive training, including adult and pediatric simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- A minimum of five months of LPN experience
Responsibilities
- Caring for patients one-on-one
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluation
