About The Position
Orchard View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team for weekend evening shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents’ well-being, and collaborate effectively with the care team. Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Idaho
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents’ health status
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and team members
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
