About The Position
Boulder Post Acute is hiring LPNs to provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility. This role may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments. The position offers a schedule of PRN with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available, including 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 6am-6pm, and 6pm-6am. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check
