About The Position

CNS Cares is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate direct care to individuals in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, allowing for more personalized care and supporting their independence. CNS Cares specializes in home healthcare for Veterans of the United States Armed Services, Workers Compensation Claims, and former energy workers.

Requirements

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
• Current And Valid Driver’s License
• Current And Valid CPR/BLS Certification
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Clearances: Criminal background check, Drug Screening/TB Test, Driving Record, OIG Exclusion List, Sex Offender Registry.
