About The Position

Provide individualized, in-home nursing care, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patient condition and respond to changes, and assist with daily living needs in accordance with the care plan. Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (state required)
- Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong communication and observational skills
