About The Position
Escape the hospital hustle and find purpose in one-on-one care. This role offers a slower, more meaningful way to practice nursing as a Private Duty Nurse (PDN), providing personalized, one-on-one care in a peaceful small-town setting. You will provide individualized, in-home nursing care, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patient condition and respond to changes, and assist with daily living needs in accordance with the care plan. You will also build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (state required)
- Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong communication and observational skills
Responsibilities
