About The Position
Help at Home is the nation’s leading provider of in-home support to seniors. We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Fulton, MS. This role involves working 1:1 with a pediatric client who has G-tube and epilepsy, providing care on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements
- Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN or RN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Must comply with state background screening requirements
- TB skin test (current within 12 months)
- One (1) or more years’ nursing experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Current Auto Insurance in your name
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with one client for the duration of the shift.
- Adhere to the outlined care plan.
- Document tasks, observations, and assessments.
- Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Receive clinical direction and oversight from the Lead RN.
- Assist with other duties as needed, such as working with PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications, and ADLs.
