About The Position
Help at Home is the nation’s leading provider of in-home support to seniors. We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Horn Lake, MS. This role involves working 1:1 with a pediatric client with G-tube, Rett Syndrome, Developmental Delay (DD), and Total Care needs on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Requirements
- Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN or RN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Must comply with state background screening requirements
- TB skin test (current within 12 months)
- One (1) or more years’ nursing experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Current Auto Insurance in your name

Responsibilities
- Adhere to the outlined care plan
- Documenting tasks, observations and assessments
- Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Receive clinical direction and oversight from the Lead RN
- Assist with other duties as needed Examples: working with PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications and ADL’s
