About The Position
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of PRN (POOL) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Shifts needs are 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. every other weekend. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing. Participates in the supervision of nursing assistants, and coordinates the provision of resident care according to the care plans.
Requirements
- Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
