About The Position

Allisonville Meadows is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our full-time evening shift. This opportunity is ideal for nurses seeking a predictable schedule and a collaborative environment where you can focus on resident care without the constant pace and turnover often experienced in acute care settings. Our evening shift offers a consistent workflow, strong team collaboration, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while utilizing your clinical skills in a supportive skilled nursing environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Indiana.
  • Proficient medication management skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
