About The Position
Bethesda, a top 5% ranked skilled nursing facility in Minnesota, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, personalized care in a supportive, neighborhood-style environment. This role is for the evening shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

- Active LPN license in Minnesota
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and communicate changes in condition
- Support and guide Nursing Assistants
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes
