About The Position

BAYADA is seeking nurses for private duty home care. This role offers flexibility for full-time, part-time, or per diem work, allowing nurses to choose age ranges and locations that best suit their schedules. The company focuses on providing one-on-one care in clients' homes, prioritizing client well-being and nurse satisfaction. BAYADA provides comprehensive training, including simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support, to ensure nurses feel prepared and competent. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• MAR-EPA-RX certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
• Utilize electronic charting via AlayaCare.
• Adapt to various client ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Work flexible shifts including morning, evening, or overnight.
• Complete 4-12 hour shifts with one client per shift.
