About The Position

IJN Health Systems PA, LLC- Home Health is a Skilled Home Health Agency and is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of strong and compassionate caregivers. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/ LVN) –Home Health Care

Requirements

• L.P.N, LVN or state-specific licensed nurse credential
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be licensed and in good standing (LPN) in the state of Delaware
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital or long-term care environments and a desire to serve and care for seniors
• Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment, decision-making skills, and problem-solving.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
• A driver's License and good access to transportation
• CPR

Nice To Haves

• Previous Home Care experience preferred, and a desire to serve and care for seniors.
