About The Position

Energy Employee Services, LLC: Helping eligible energy workers obtain the compassionate healthcare they deserve! We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a member of the home health team, you will be responsible for managing the home care of terminally ill or elderly patients. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and a committed dedication to providing patients and families with accessible, comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Must have a valid driver license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Must have an unencumbered LPN License in the state you are applying to.
• Must be willing to travel to patient’s home (This can be up to a 45 mile radius)
• Must hold an active CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform the roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Case Manager listed under the Plan of Care.
• Able to bend and stand an average of 6 hours per day.
• Lift up to 50 - 75 pounds.
• Timely and Accurate Documentation
• Medication Management and Teaching as directed by the Plan of Care
• Must be able to work as part of a team to ensure best patient care
