About The Position

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a student at Monadnock Middle/High School. Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire
Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience within the past five years
Current CPR Certification (paid renewal classes available through Interim HealthCare)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
Reliable transportation
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care throughout the school day.
Monitor the student's health status and respond to medical needs as they arise.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and the student's care plan.
Partner with teachers, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support the student's health, safety, and success.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Foster a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that allows your student to fully participate in school.
