About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a client in Port Jefferson, NY. This per diem position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a leading concierge home care agency.
Requirements
- Active New York State LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license
