Requirements

Requires graduation from Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Active LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse licensure without disciplinary infractions by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
Current BLS certification required.

Nice To Haves

Prefer at least 1 year of prior continuous experience with the same long-term care facility.
Prefer IV insertion skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver, coordinate, evaluate and be held accountable for the total nursing care for residents/patients in the assigned area (approximately 20 to 25 beds.)
