About The Position
Provide hands-on nursing care to residents at Maple Crest Health Center, a 175-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Omaha. Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being. Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning. Implement and evaluate care interventions. Collaborate with residents, families, and staff on individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Active NE LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Able to read, write, and communicate care documentation and instructions in English
