LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) - CLINIC
About The Position
Coulee Medical Center’s Rural Health Clinic is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced rural clinic setting. The LPN works alongside providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support positive patient experiences. The role includes assisting providers with examinations, procedures, treatments, and coordination of patient care; administering medications and carrying out provider orders safely and accurately; monitoring patient conditions; documenting care; communicating important updates to the healthcare team; and advocating for patients and their families. The salary range is $22.83–$39.10 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid upon hire, with $750 retention bonuses at one year and two years. Employees who worked for Coulee Medical Center within the prior 24 months are ineligible for recruitment-related sign-on and retention bonuses.
