Summit Ridge Place, a welcoming senior living community in Sauk Rapids, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing support and help ensure exceptional care for our residents. Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred
- CPR certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident health status and report changes appropriately
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with caregivers, leadership, physicians, and families
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Support compliance with state regulations and community policies
- Respond appropriately to clinical concerns and emergencies
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
