This position supports residents in a skilled nursing setting who require ongoing, 24/7 care. Your role will focus on maintaining safety, comfort, and continuity of care for a geriatric population.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing (Washington State or eligible)
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Communicate updates with physicians, care teams, and family members
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care, tube feedings, catheterization, and related services
• Coordinate and order medications, supplies, and equipment
• Advocate for residents to ensure care aligns with their preferences and care plans
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
