About The Position

Looking for a nursing role where you can slow down and focus on resident care? Spring Arbor Richmond is hiring a Full-Time LPN or RN to join our Assisted Living community on our Evening Shift. This is a great opportunity for nurses seeking a more relationship-focused environment where they can build meaningful connections with residents while enjoying a supportive team culture and a consistent schedule. At Spring Arbor, our nurses play a critical role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. Unlike hospitals and larger healthcare settings, you'll have the opportunity to truly know the residents you serve and become an important part of their daily lives. The responsibility of the Wellness Nurse (WN) is to supervise delivery of care and services to residents. In achieving this goal, the WN performs procedures within the guidelines of all state and local regulations and accepted standards of care. Ongoing communication between the WN, associates, the residents and their families, professional consultants, and third-party providers is critical to the welfare of the residents.
