About The Position
Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community in Ottawa is hiring PRN LPNs for 12-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. You'll care for residents at Pleasant View, a skilled nursing community in Ottawa. Whether you're on days or nights, residents and their families are counting on you for steady, attentive care when things change fast.
Requirements
- Active Illinois LPN license
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
- Applicants may be subject to a background check.
- Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring health status and responding to changes in condition
- Complete resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice as an LPN
- Communicate condition changes to the on-call provider and to residents' families
- Keep consistent continuity of care across your assigned residents shift to shift
