Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – up to $10K Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Blue Ridge Therapy Connection is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. Experienced LPNs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. This role provides direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, professional standards, facility policies, and applicable state and federal regulations. LPNs work with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to support residents’ health and well-being. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with 12-hour day or night shifts. Pay is $33.00–$38.08 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Sign-on bonuses are listed as $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time employees. The work location is listed as Stoneville, North Carolina, while the posting also refers to Stuart, Virginia.
Requirements
- Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Virginia.
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong communication skills and clinical judgment.
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, standards of practice, facility policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions.
- Provide wound and catheter care.
- Collect specimens and monitor vital signs.
- Communicate changes in residents’ conditions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Help ensure residents receive compassionate and respectful care.
