About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse oversees medication distribution according to physician orders and follows the community’s medication-management documentation and procedures, with a strong focus on resident safety. The LPN assesses residents and develops personalized service plans that support individual care needs, independence, and dignity. The role also promotes communication among physicians, healthcare providers, and families regarding residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being. The nurse contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement efforts and participates in ongoing learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities
