About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare in York is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults recovering from Substance Use Disorders. Our client-centered approach and supportive team environment make us a trusted leader in behavioral healthcare across Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our inpatient team. In this role, you’ll play a meaningful part in supporting individuals on their recovery journey while working in a structured, low-physical-demand clinical setting.

Requirements

• Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Passion for working in behavioral health and substance use treatment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions
• Administer medications and provide patient education
• Assist with detox protocols utilizing COWS and CIWA scales
• Collaborate with medical providers on assessments and medication management
• Ensure medical equipment is maintained and functioning properly
• Support overall patient care and safety
