1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join their Bergen County team. They emphasize providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients, with the added benefit of short commute times. The position involves traditional shift types (8, 10, or 12 hours) and hands-on care with a single client, allowing for relationship building and observing client milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. The role includes traveling to a client's home, executing doctor's orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting observations and interventions using electronic charting.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
