About The Position
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Casa Real for an 8-week contract. This position offers competitive pay, a consistent night shift schedule, and a supportive environment focused on quality resident care. This is an extension contract with adjustments to rate, shift, and schedule — ideal for nurses who value stability, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of [Insert State]
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (long-term care or rehab preferred)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work the designated night schedule (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility standards and state regulations
- Administer medications and monitor resident conditions
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document care accurately in EMR systems
- Support residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity throughout each shift
