Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role involves leading, managing, and training a team of caregivers, evaluating residents, and reporting changes in condition to physicians. You will utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR), communicate effectively with the team, residents, and families, and build strong relationships. Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
- Passionate about working with the elderly.
Nice To Haves
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
