About The Position

Join our 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Golden, CO, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, work alongside a collaborative clinical team, and help patients progress toward greater independence and returning home. As an LPN at PAM Health, you'll play an important role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work closely with RNs, physicians and the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Colorado
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, med-surg, long-term care, skilled nursing or other patient-care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care to patients
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team
• Assisting with patient care plans and rehabilitation goals
• Communicating with patients, families and members of the interdisciplinary team
• Supporting a safe, comfortable and positive patient environment
