You'll work closely with RNs, physicians and the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care. Your responsibilities may include: Providing direct nursing care to patients Administering medications and treatments as ordered Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team Assisting with patient care plans and rehabilitation goals Communicating with patients, families and members of the interdisciplinary team Supporting a safe, comfortable and positive patient environment Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, med-surg, long-term care, skilled nursing or other patient-care settings is a plus. Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
Nice To Haves
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, med-surg, long-term care, skilled nursing or other patient-care settings is a plus.
