About The Position

We are a 124-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Greenville, SC. We strive to be more than a workplace—we want to be the place you call your second home. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our residents.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to appropriate clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies appropriately
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

- $2500 sign-on Bonus
- 8-hour shifts
- Up to $3.00/hr shift differential
- $160 weekend bonus for working every Saturday and Sunday
