About The Position

Finger Lakes Health is seeking a compassionate, dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care at LifeCare Medical Associates in Seneca Falls, New York. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Finger Lakes Health regulations.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
